The journey to well being continues!
The month of June is dedicated to teachers’ mental and emotional, whom we encourage to place their attention on themselves during this summer break.
We invite you to re(connect) with yourself, to allow yourself a little respite during which you recognize and accept both your merits and qualities but also the things that make you vulnerable. Take advantage of this period to recharge with positive energy and (re)discover your well-being. By doing this, at the beginning of the new school year, you will be able to greet your students with good thoughts and see them smiling in the classroom.
The online training “A Mindful Journey towards Well-being” is now available to all those who want to increase their stress-management abilities, manage their emotions, and build emotional resilience.
What can we do to overcome stress, anxiety and restlessness, to accept and to value ourselves more? How can we create a pleasant atmosphere in the classroom while sending our students positive thoughts that make them enjoy our classes?
